Terms of Use

These terms govern the Marloth Park Central website and MPC-operated visitor services.

1. Visitor information

MPC creates visitor-information pages, Kruger Route Atlas, MPC Kidz, Marloth Companion, weather planning and other MPC-branded resources. Stored information can become outdated. Current official rules, emergency instructions and the relevant authority or provider take priority where conditions change.

2. MPC Kidz

MPC Kidz games 1–4 are free; games 5–20 require valid adult-authorised access and are included with MPC All-Access for its 14-day term. No child arrangements profile is required. Parents control supervision, permissions and privacy. Offline use and printing where supported are for the use terms household or travelling party; resale and redistribution are not allowed.

3. Marloth Companion and MPC All-Access

Exactly one paid product is offered for new sales: MPC All-Access, US$14.99 once for 14 consecutive 24-hour periods including Marloth Companion, MPC Kidz premium games, Kruger Routes and Family Watch with matching validity. There is no International Planner, new Membership, separate feature access, recurring billing or automatic renewal. LIVE access is unavailable pending production acceptance. Separately authorised free access remains governed by its current terms. Personal and household use is permitted subject to consumer rights; resale and public redistribution are not.

4. Family Watch

Family Watch requires adult guardian authorisation and individual device consent before location sharing. Sharing can be revoked. Its existing free access offer through 31 October 2026 remains separate; new access thereafter is included only in the MPC All-Access product. MPC does not guarantee continuous location availability or replace emergency services. Applicable consumer refund rights remain unaffected.

5. Business discovery and direct contact

Ordinary restaurant, safari, activity, local-service and other business discovery belongs to MPC Map. Those businesses remain independent providers. Visitors contact them directly and obtain availability, booking arrangements and commercial terms from the business itself. Business listing pages do not publish provider details; visitors confirm details directly with each business.

6. Marlotii Safari House

Marlotii Safari House remains MPC Holiday Home #1 and is the explicit accommodation exception on the Marloth Park Central website. Availability and booking arrangements are confirmed directly during the enquiry process.

7. Visitor feedback

Where enabled, visitor reviews are collected and displayed only through Visitor Help. Reviews are moderated before publication. MPC does not fabricate visitor opinions, and commercial arrangements must not be presented as independent reviews.

8. Safety and reliance

MPC is not an emergency dispatch, medical, legal or official park-authority service. Use official emergency channels for urgent danger. Visitors remain responsible for checking current travel, immigration, health, weather, road, park and property requirements.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

MPC text, design, software, compiled data and MPC-branded content may not be republished, resold, scraped at scale or represented as another party's work without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Ordinary personal browsing, sharing a public page link and lawful quotation remain allowed.

10. Corrections and availability

MPC aims to correct material errors promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party fact remains current. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
