Terms of Use

These terms govern the Marloth Park Central website and MPC-operated digital services. They should be read with the Privacy Policy, Payment Information, Delivery & Refund Policy and, where relevant, Business Listing Terms.

1. MPC-owned information and digital services

MPC creates and operates visitor-information pages, Route Atlas, MPC Kidz, public planning resources, selected MPC digital products and other MPC-branded content. Stored travel information may become outdated. Live official rules, emergency operators and the relevant authority or provider take priority where information changes.

2. Marloth Park Central Local Delivery

Marloth Park Central Local Delivery is an MPC-supplied local service where expressly identified as such. The specific service description, route, price or quote shown for that service governs the transaction together with applicable consumer law. Marloth Park Central Local Delivery is separate from third-party listings.

3. Third-party listings and discovery

Accommodation, restaurants, safari operators, local services and other third-party listings remain independent providers unless a page expressly states that MPC itself supplies the service. Their availability, prices, licences, insurance, safety practices, booking terms, cancellations, refunds and performance remain their responsibility. Inclusion is not a guarantee or transfer of provider responsibility to MPC.

4. Enquiries and direct transactions

An enquiry link, WhatsApp button, telephone link or listing does not itself create a booking. Visitors should verify the supplier identity, total price, inclusions, cancellation terms and current availability before committing to a third-party transaction.

5. Complimentary Companion access

During the MPC public complimentary Companion programme, an adult visitor may register a name, verified email, Marloth stay or property name, stay dates and selected current Companion edition. Successful email verification creates private visitor access. Activation creates R0.00 complimentary access and a personal licence; no PayPal payment is required. Licensed PDFs are delivered through private, time-limited access and remain subject to MPC intellectual-property and personal-use terms.

6. PayPal payments and paid digital access

Where enabled, MPC creates PayPal orders securely and the customer approves payment on PayPal. Optional support payments are separate from fixed MPC Kidz digital-access purchases. Kidz product prices are shown before checkout and verified when payment completes; a confirmed payment activates the related paid access. Older individual browser-game purchases accept no new sales, while previous verified purchases remain honoured for the games originally bought. Route Atlas is fully free and requires no checkout. A refund or reversal may remove only the related paid Kidz access. Support is not presented as a charitable or tax-deductible donation. Transaction records may include MPC purchase references and PayPal order, payment, refund or reversal references.

7. Safety and reliance

MPC is not an emergency dispatch, medical, legal or official park-authority service. Use official emergency channels for urgent danger. Visitors remain responsible for checking current travel, immigration, health, weather, road, park and property requirements.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

MPC text, design, software, compiled data and MPC-branded digital products may not be republished, resold, scraped at scale or represented as another party's work without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Ordinary personal browsing, sharing a public page link and lawful quotation remain allowed.

9. Corrections, availability and liability limits

MPC aims to correct material errors promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party fact remains current. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
