Business Listing Terms

These terms apply to independent businesses whose details MPC may consider for visitor discovery. Submission does not guarantee publication.

MAP-only ordinary discovery

Ordinary business discovery belongs to MPC Map. The Marloth Park Central website does not operate an ordinary named-business directory. The generic List your business route may be used for intake only.

Provider responsibility

Each provider remains responsible for its legal registration where required, use terms, insurance, safety, staff, vehicles or premises, availability, booking conditions, cancellations, taxes, customer communication, commercial terms and service delivery.

Accuracy and updates

Providers must supply information they reasonably believe is accurate and must notify MPC of material changes. MPC may verify, edit for clarity, decline, pause, correct or remove a listing where information is stale, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, unavailable or no longer suitable for visitors.

Content use terms

By supplying logos, photographs, video or wording, the provider confirms it has the necessary rights and grants MPC non-exclusive permission to host, crop, resize, format and display that content for the listing and related MPC discovery pages. The provider remains responsible for third-party rights in supplied material.

Direct visitor relationship

Visitors contact the provider directly for availability, bookings and commercial terms. Public MPC surfaces do not display commercial amounts for the provider. A listing does not make MPC the provider, seller or booking party and is not a warranty of future performance.

Reviews and moderation

Visitor feedback may be submitted through Visitor Help. Where a review is published, MPC moderates the submission first. Providers may report demonstrably inaccurate or unlawful content, but commercial arrangements must not be presented as independent visitor opinion.

Commercial arrangements with MPC

Any separate business arrangement with MPC is agreed privately and does not change the independence of visitor feedback or the provider's responsibility for its own service.

Removal

MPC may remove or pause a listing where required for visitor safety, legal compliance, platform quality, unresolved accuracy concerns or operational reasons.
